Psychiatric Malpractice, it happens every day. These kinds of incidents are my worst fear for Rye. I know when he was in the psych hospital they almost killed him with adding med on med on med and ultimately too much Seroquel. But he had me visiting him every day and watching and I was able to get him out. Please read this and sign this petition. I don’t know this woman but this situation does not sound good and many people have no family that can help them get ‘uncommitted’ even in the case of malpractice.
