Does your son go to a regular public school, regular private school or a special behavioral school? My daughter goes to a special behavioral school in Naperville. She as an IEP at her home school that placed her there. I can't imagine any of the teachers doing that to a student there. All of the teachers specialize in kids with behavioral issues and I can't imagine that would happen there. A regular public or private school may not have the properly trained staff to deal with kids with these issues. I think I would have called the police if the teacher truly assaulted your son.
