A New Day

Today is a new day and things are looking better over here.

As it turns out, we had a quite a productive day over here yesterday.   We cleaned and vacuumed.  I taught Rye how to do laundry from start to finish and we did a bunch of loads.  He learned to fold the laundry and was put to good use on that task.   We dusted and swept.   We changed the sheets and pillow cases on the beds.  We had mandatory time on the treadmill.  Oh yes, it was a productive day.   I guess doing tons of housework as well as the fact that he lost $5 off his allowance for the week for not going to school made it look a little more appealing to go today.

He was up early and out the door, happy to be on his way.

Have a good day at school, Rye.

Yeah! I am catching up on your posts and it is GREAT to read this last one! Ups and downs, the rollar coaster ride! I am off to present on bipolar disorder and adolescents and always discuss the differences between child and adult onset and the difficulties of diagnosing. Hang in there! You are a completely awesome mom!
