Well, it’s a beautiful Sunday afternoon here at the homestead.
I have now been to the grocery store and made lunch for Rye, who apparently now has H1N1 or some other god-awful massive cold type illness that had him up in the middle of the night and now down for the count with cough and congestion.
Don is having issues with his heart medicines not making him feel well so he’s struggling as well.
And I need to be cleaning this house, so that comes next.
Ughh….I hate cleaning. I get very little satisfaction from cleaning. I do not have that organizational gene that drives me to clean, that’s for sure.
But, I’ll try to be perky like this lady:

Do you think that’s a forced smile she has there or a genuine one?
The title of this photo is Domestic Servant.
Today, this is me.
Happy Sunday!

I hope everyone feels better soon. I was shocked to read your husband had a heart attack. Take care of yourself.
I am catching up on your blogs, thank you! I present all over the country with my daughter about bipolar disorder. There is so much controversy about early onset as you know. Diagnosis is so tricky and treatment can be trickier (great word!). “BP in kids” is talked about by the public as the new ADHD. Absolutely not but it can LOOK like ADHD, ODD, and some depression and anxiety thrown in for good measure. It is a “wait and see” kind of thing as you know. I remember my fear when the doctor told us that. Thank you for sharing your story and the feelings that so many parents have in this struggle. As down as I sometimes feel I am certain it feels so much worse for our children as they try desperately hard to stay well and be happy. I wish you all wellness!!
